At OSTRÉA TERRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original OSTRÉA TERRE packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
